9 a.m. Parade
10 a.m. Rides, games, and food and drink booths open
11 a.m.-1 p.m. Music at the Garden Stage
12 p.m.-3 p.m. Bingo
2 p.m.-5 p.m. Music at the Garden Stage
4 p.m.-7 p.m. Chicken dinners and music by The Silver Wanderers
5 p.m.-9 p.m. Wine Bar and Over and Under open
6 p.m.-7 p.m. Father Aaron Alumni Booth Open House
6 p.m.-9 p.m. Music by The Wilmingtons
8 p.m. Game booths and rides close
9 p.m. Food, drink, and gambling booths close; raffle drawings
The parade begins at the corner of Wilmington and Marwinette around 9 a.m. on June 3. SSP alumni and any others participating in the parade are invited to meet there. After 8 a.m. Mass, the students, teachers, and staff will proceed from church to the parade start. The Choral Club will kick off the parade by singing the National Anthem.
Parishioners and neighbors are encouraged to gather along the parade route in a show of school spirit! (If you live on the parade route and are able to park your car off the street on Picnic morning, it would be much appreciated!)
At the end of the parade, all participating students may proceed to the Chuck Wagon to fortify themselves with a free hotdog before the rides and games open at 10 a.m.
